Park Rules

Your rent includes two adults. Additional adults must be registered.
Keep your campsite clean and free of trash and excessive items.
Adhere to speed limit of 10 mph or less. Be cautious of fellow park members and go slower when people are present o if needed to keep down the dust.
No aggressive dogs or breeds of dogs ( including, but not limited to, Pit bulls, Rottweilers, German shepherds, Chows).
Be respectful and keep dogs on a leash and clean up after your dog.
Any cigarettes must be disposed of in appropriate containers and not thrown on the ground or in the dumpsters.
Dumpsters are for household trash ONLY.
No drunkenness.
No drug use.
If using the shower house, laundry room, or community room, clean up after yourself and leave clean when you depart. (There is a fee for use of laundry room.)
Do not allow your children to go into other guests' slips. And monitor your children at all times.
Do not create a disturbance. Maintain public peace, health, and safety at all times.
Quiet times is after 10:00 pm.
Payment is due within 5 days of your Amount Due Statement being put in your mailbox. Past due accounts are subject to daily late fees.

Every campsite offers a water hookup to ensure your RV stays supplied with fresh water. Simply connect your RV’s water inlet to the campsite’s water spigot using a standard RV drinking water hose. We recommend using a pressure regulator to prevent overflows and keep your system safe. Easy, clean, and ready for your adventures. 💧

Our campsites cater to all RV power needs:
- 30-Amp Service:
  Ideal for most small to mid-sized RVs, providing enough power for your essentials like lights, appliances, and A/C.
- 50-Amp Service:
  Perfect for larger RVs with multiple appliances or dual air conditioning units, delivering higher power for all your comforts.
Always confirm your RV’s requirements before plugging in, and use a surge protector to safeguard your system. ⚡
We will read the meter at the first and end of every month and campers will be charge for the exact amount that they use.
Sewer Connections
Say goodbye to worries about waste management! Each site includes a convenient sewer hookup. Connect your RV’s waste hose to the site’s sewer outlet, and enjoy a hassle-free solution for your gray and black water tanks. Pro tip: Keep your sewer hose sloped for optimal flow. 🛠️
